Participation in etwinning projects provides great opportunities to raise awareness in various aspects for both students and teachers. The project "My place in the digital world" turned out to be very important and fruitful. Students have increased awareness in terms of digital and media literacy. As digital technologies, including the Internet, have a major impact on all aspects of students' lives, the project aims to increase/raise awareness of media literacy and misinformation, as well as promote safe and effective use of technology. The students worked on various electronic platforms, created avatars, the project logo, created and built puzzles, held a number of interesting meetings and presented presentations. It was important to work on the project because parents were also actively involved.

The goal of the projects is to raise the media literacy of teenagers, to recognize misinformation, and to develop critical thinking. Project activities will be related to such concepts as media literacy, electronic security, cyberbullying, phishing, mainly on the Internet. My students will cooperate with different regions of our country. They will learn about different types of misinformation and how to combat it. Students will learn how to work with texts posted on the Internet.
The student faces a big challenge: obtaining digital information, lack of digital literacy, copyright, identification, distinguishing fake information. The final product will be a video and e-book with student papers, rules and guidelines on how to identify and combat misinformation. They will also create posters, animations, infographics, make brochures and distribute them in the community and school community.
